Specialist structured product firm Hilbert Investment Solutions has appointed Dasale Mallawa-Arachi as Business Development Manager to lead and head its sales effort in the UK.
Dasale joins from the Arbuthnot Banking Group, where he has held senior sales and business development posts since 2010.
Dasale started his career at Ernest & Young, followed by key client-facing roles across Stockbroking and Wealth Management. He joined Arbuthnot Banking Group in 2010 as a top level Sales Manager. Within the Group he worked for Gilliat Financial Solutions, which designed and distributed bespoke structured investments to professional investors.
Dasale holds the Investment Management Certificate and also CISI Level 3 Certificate in Investments (Securities). He has joined Hilbert Investment Solutions to manage FCA regulated Intermediary client accounts, advise new and existing clients on the latest Structured Investments, and liaise with banks on product pricing.
