The board is currently working to improve on the quality of Hilbert’s products and reposition the business in both the French and Luxembourg markets. Olifan has over 5,000 clients and was formed in 2014 from a merger of nine financial advisory firms – it has 55 employees.
Donders is partner at Olifan GROUP an IFA firm that he launched in 2014. Before creating Olifan GROUP Hein was the chairman and CEO of Old Mutual Group in Europe and a member of the executive committee of Old Mutual Wealth. His career has therefore focused on developing and growing wealth and asset management business throughout Europe.
In 2016, Hilbert joined the UK Structured Products Association, and pledged to align to the UKSPA Code and utilise its product risk rating.
Shtepani meantime is the head of corporate finance for Mazars in Luxembourg, having has worked for large industry names such as RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) Société Générale and State Street Bank.
